Refund policy

At Always On, every product is printed to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, change of mind, or colour preference.

Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or is incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:
- Email hello.amdavaditypo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will review and respond within 2 business days

Approved claims will receive either a free reprint or a full refund — your choice.

We do not cover issues caused by incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
